Holiday services
Thanksgiving Service
Pie and Praise
We will have a Pie and Praise night for Thanksgiving service during our normal Thursday night service time at 6:30pm on Nov 27th. What an opportunity to tell the Lord how thankful we are for his amazing goodness to us. After the service we will enjoy some pies.
Christmas Service
Come Join us as we celebrate Jesus Christ!
Our Christmas Service will be Sunday, Dec 21. Our Sunday School will begin at 10am. Following the Sunday School service, the pastor will bring a special message about the Lord Jesus Christ. His love and sacrifice was unlike any other. After the service, we will enjoy food and fellowship. Come join us as we celebrate the wonder of the Lord Jesus Christ!
We also will have our night service at 6pm during which time we will hear from God’s eternal word as the Pastor brings some truth to light to feed the Christian’s heart.
Our Thursday night prayer and Bible study service falls on December 25th this year. We will not cancel church services to celebrate Christ’s birth. That seems against the spirit of the holiday. So we will enjoy a time of prayer and Bible study around the warmth of God's word at our regular service time, at 6:30pm.
New Years Eve
We will be having a New Years Eve Watchnight service on Wednesday, Dec 31 beginning at 7pm. This will replace our normal Thursday night prayer and Bible study service. So this week, we will be meeting on Wednesday at 7 instead of Thursday at 6:30. Come join us as we close out the old year and bring in the new one with preaching, praying, singing, food, fellowship and games. The service will run through midnight as we bring in the new year. You are welcome to stay for as long or as little as you like.
We will also be watching a DVD slide show of the book of Revelation by Dr. Peter S. Ruckman. It will chronologically walk the viewer through the book of Revelation while providing scripture from throughout the Bible.
This has been a tough year. Come get rejuvenated with us and get your eyes on the Lord Jesus Christ!
